Themes + server shared wiki cache

  • Added the full theme picker with OG, Secret, Brainrot God, mutation, event, and legacy themes.
  • Changed exist-count reads to use a shared server-side wiki snapshot instead of making user refreshes pull directly from the SAB Wiki.
  • Added a server refresh guard so only one worker should refresh the wiki cache during a cooldown window.
  • Blocked public forced-refresh URLs from bypassing the cache unless the request is owner/server authorized.

Performance issues fixed + changelogs added

  • Homepage HTML now renders first instead of waiting on the wiki module fetch.
  • Records load through the API after the shell appears, with a visible Loading.. state.
  • Added this changelog so updates are easier to track.
  • Polished the records header with a clearer latest-update callout.
